Inmobiliaria Carmen Villazán

We are a real estate agency with more than 25 years of experience in the Canary Islands.

All these years have been possible thanks to a team with great human and professional quality that provides the best every day so that our clients are happy. with our work.

Our offices have been in Fuerteventura for more than 12 years. We are open to the public during the week but our real estate agency will assist you from anywhere in the world with the same enthusiasm and dedication.

In all these years we have rented and sold to people from all over the world, of all nationalities and that has made us grow and learn constantly. One of our objectives is to advise our clients and constantly monitor them.

Carmen Villazán
Carmen is the owner of the agency, she founded the company in 2003, however, her career in the Real Estate industry goes back many years.
She came to the Canary Islands 33 years ago to dedicate herself fully to the real estate sector for which she had already developed during her first years living in Germany. She lived for many years in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, managing specialised sales teams and arrived in Fuerteventura as the sales director of a large complex that began to be marketed in Caleta de Fuste. It was there that she fell in love with the island and decided to stay with her family. Mother of 3 children, grandmother of Leo, she is an animal lover, likes to spend time surrounded by her loved ones, where, when she has the chance, she invites them to one of her fabulous Asturian “fabada asturiana”.
Bianca Schmitz

Bianca is the sales director of the agency, she joined the team 17 years ago.

Bianca comes from the hotel industry as she worked for many years as a PR person in important hotel chains, both in the UK and in Gran Canaria. Once in Fuerteventura, she entered the world of real estate, which she eventually mastered and discovered that real estate she is very passionate about, and that is where she developed professionally in the sector and trained in the same way. She enjoys dealing directly with clients, coordinating actions with her team, solving problems and as she says ‘Always find a PLAN B’, she has made a great number of friends in this sector. At work she considers herself dynamic, which contrasts in her personal life as she considers herself quiet and likes to enjoy all the little things in life and above all good music and the company of her friends and family. On the island she likes the mountains, the silence, the low pollution, the breeze that characterises this island, the sea and also admiring the night sky.
Karen Smith
Karen has been with the company for 14 uninterrupted years; Karen was born in the UK, Birminghan.
