Nestled in a round of rolling hills, this finca is located in a completely secluded location. After passing the beautiful natural stone entrance gate, the main house is reached on both sides via generously curved driveways and via a typical Canarian staircase.

Of the total plot of 104.000m2 an area of around 25.000m2 is fenced and planted with palm trees, plants and many ornamental shrubs. In addition to other open spaces behind the house are in four levels of different sizes terraces that are suitable for agricultura use and are enclosed with natural stone walls.


The walls of two valley's that cross the grounds have been professionally attached to the most important places by large natural stones. There is also a fortified bridge crossing to reach the 45,000-liter reservoir on the hillside. This is fed from its own and a neighboring source. In addition, of course, water can be obtained through the water office.


The wastewater is filtered in a 5-chamber sewage treatment plant (of German technology) and then used for garden irrigation.


The electricity is generated by photovoltaic solar panels and in addition, a generator is available, which is housed in a separate building.
